Day light ******* by Protea Metering‼️

We are being *****ed over in broad daylight by Protea Metering. Residents are being billed on average R80 a day, or worse. Our grievances go unresolved, each month there are additional costs and further stories.

What is the meaning of this? We need answers and solutions.
