The Protea metering Employees can not explain how their prepaid works. on 09/06/2021 I Paid R 250 ,10/06/2021 Paid R 600 meaing with in 12 day I have consumed R850. B009 Capital park

It is also unfortunately that time of the year where consumption figures escalate due to the cold weather. Your account last winter also escalated to consumption figures to the value of up to R1 800. Also keep in mind that tariffs will increase on 01 July, meaning that in rand value your consumption will cost you even more this year.
