Communication sucks from protea metering

I am so sick of protea metering

I need to understand something last month when I was purchasing the lights you guys took 150 something rand from my units saying I’m in arrears today I top up firstly with 100 you took 50 I top up with 50 you take 25 can I understand how long will I pay for arrears and it’s not even month end now can I get a breakdown as to how am I owing you guys when u only sent me two statements I need a statement sent to my email

The emails you have on your website they all do not work and the numbers just rings and say the mailbox is full I need assistance with this soon as possible
