BS customer service
They are supposed to be convenient but far from it. Their call center closes at 17:00. I bought electricity at 15:56 via direct deposit to their FNB account. And it's 18:40 now and I'm sitting in darkness. That's an inconvenience and their whole system should be squashed it's defective. Now there is no one to log greviences to all their phones ring and no one on the other end to pick up. Total BS
