Broad day light *******...
I have an account with these people and get billed every month. I am hardly ever at my house. I live alone and don't even have pets. I don't cook, don't use heaters, don't have a pool. My bill started at around hundred and something Rands but now its over R1100 and when I enquire I am told about tarrif increases as if they are implemented every month. I don't have visibility of my meter. I don't know whether that thing is spinning haywire or what. I requested visibility from these people and was taken from pillar to post. I don't know whether it's because one is black or what but even the tolerance was not there. Every person that has a metered account has visibility over their consumption and functionality of their meter. I suspect huge foul play with our meters. I am being ****** at gunpoint here especially when I am hardly ever in my house. I was told that in order to see and monitor a meter one must be a qualified technician. I do not know whether those people who have visibility of their meters have degrees and diplomas in electrical engineering. There must be an investigation here as it cannot be that everyone is complaining about the same company and the same thing.
According to Health & Safety Regulations meter kiosks are not allowed to be left open - the safety risks are obvious and no degree is required to grasp that.
You fail to mention that every possible effort was made to try to accommodate your request for viewing your meter - how will that ever be possible if you refuse to be present from your busy schedule? The pictures that were then taken and forwarded to you were rejected as proof of the actual readings - how convenient?
If you are avoiding our efforts to proof to your satisfaction that your invoices are correct, perhaps you should refrain from using phrases like "broad ****************", "Foul play", "****** at gunpoint".
And pathetically playing the race card just confirms that you have nothing solid to base your unfounded accusations on.
We regard this as just another attempt from someone who does not want to pay for what they have actually used to smear our company's name.
We challenge you to be honest and speak the truth about how you were assisted and how you rejected every good service that was shown.
