Protea metering is expensive and it charging us more than we use i can't be buying electricity every day `i have called them to explain but they cant even explain there system we want this Protea metering out @ Devland gardens we cant not be working for electricity it too much now

The Body Corporate is signed on for the bulk electricity- and water account at the Council.
Our instruction is to collect the following items on their behalf:
Kindly note that the complex have centralized hot water systems. The fact that you do not have a geyser inside your unit will result in very little electricity being used in your unit, but the costs for the electricity of the central hot water system then should also be recouped. All items are being metered and reflective of actual costs and promulgated tariffs.
The Portfolio Manger will communicate with you shortly to obtain your unit number and to provide you with more details.
