Bad service providers
On a monthly basis I buy electricity worth more than a R1000 and when I buy for small amounts like R200 it only last for 1 day and I don't cook everyday only 3 times a week I light my geysers for 2 hours a day but still it runs like water from the tap and when I contact them there is always no answer and there is a service frr of R10.72 a day what is that for??? This service is unacceptable and draining financially you need to change your service this is very bad customer service.

When the tariffs increased on 1 July the new tariff document was shared with all our clients.
It is ******* to charge anything above & beyond the Tshwane promulgated tariffs. We would not have been in business for almost 30 years still if we were breaking the law.
R1 000 per month for electricity, water, sewer and water & sewer fixed charges is not unreasonable - it confirms that you are using services sparingly.

Taking the readings does not give us the power over the following factors:
- The consumer determines the consumption figures.
- The Council establishes the tariffs.
The water & sewer fixed charges come to a huge amount that is split into daily portions rather than deducting it at once. You are more than welcome to pay the total amount of the fixed charge as indicated on the monthly invoice in full as soon as the invoice is processed. The money will then already be on your account as a credit that is available for the daily deduction, and you will for the rest of the month not need to physically pay it over.
Should you need any further assistance kindly get in touch with our offices.
Kind regards
