Bad customer service - refund withheld
Don't deal with this company at all. We paid R1000 for electricity at Vukani complex and we were promised that the refund will be effected after 21 days, this was in July. We have been calling and sending emails and they are completely ignoring us. PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY NOW.
