BAD! BAD! VERY BAD SERVICE FROM PROTEA METERING!

This company have such a bad bad service ever. I even regret why they partnered with the complex I’m renting at. They just sent me invoice in the middle of the month that I owe them and I asked why they never communicated way early for the amount I owe instead of waiting for it to go higher then they demand their money. Told them when they came no one has ever come and tell us how will their system work. We were perfectly fine until they came now it’s a problem. I was told portfolio manager will get back to me but none of that has ever happened but the interest is going higher and higher. They are busy sending email and I tell them I’m waiting for feedback then they go silent. I advise you that if you find protea metering at the complex you want to stay at, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE IF YOU WANT PEACE. IHS I never had a problem with you int Protea metering come. I am so disappointed. If they were providing knowledge to customers I believe this would be better. I still don’t understand how they work.
