Avoid Protea Metering at all costs
This is a **** honestly. They are ripping clients off.
I am being billed ridiculously in a unit that doesn’t even have a tenant in it

We would love to resolve the matter. There may be Council fixed charges involved. Or if the account includes the water readings, there may be a water leak at the unit. There may be a number of reasons for valid charges for an empty unit.
