Appalling Service from Protea Metering

Protea Metering’s service is absolutely shocking If I could give zero stars I would. You pay for electricity and the payment reflects, but your meter doesn’t recharge, Instead you’re left without power for hours after paying for a service that simply doesn’t get delivered.

Their customer service is equally useless Emails go unanswered or are met with generic responses that don’t solve anything When you try calling you’re met with agents who have no phone etiquette and no sense of urgency. It feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by asking for help.

No one should have to fight this hard for a basic service like electricity. I will never recommend Protea Metering to anyone. Look for a provider that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises.
