399KWH in 24 hours in a one bedroom apartment???

I am sadden to have to report this issue as I have waited patiently long enough for 18 days to try and resolve this issue of over billing. Unfortunately enough is enough. Firstly, I would never recommend this pre-paid electricity company to anyone and would suggest to any new tenants looking for a rental using this company, to avoid it completely. I have raised an issue of over billing to Protea Metering, of which I asked them to reassess my electricity reading. In 24 hours I apparently used 399KWH, which I might add, I have not even accumulated to that amount in even one month of renting a one bedroom apartment (which is about 150-170KWH). I have emailed them over the course of two weeks, phoned them and have patiently awaited their response for the clear mistake they have made. I have asked to see my physical electricity meter on my floor, I was pointed to a 'location' in the wall, BUT have never seen it! Protea Metering, I would like to see my OWN electricity meter so that I can verify my readings and am certain they correlate to my app readings. I am still awaiting your response to this inaccurate reading and how I will be refunded?
