Worst stay at any hotel EVER!

So much for the name Protea, this hotel sucked in many ways not to mention the attitude of MICHELLE BEHM,Deputy General Manager,Protea Hotel by Marriott Umhlanga Ridge who asks me to send her proof of my booking as i enquired about the measly sized bed when i made a booking of a king sized bed and then the reception tell me that the WHOLE hotel only has DOUBLE BEDS !!! yeah right. the duvet seems like they threw in a couple of bricks in it as it was so awful and trust me we have been to more than enough hotels to know the standard to expect! and the cherry on the top Room 227 had broken window as we might as well just slept outside with the noise of the cars and the noise from the park and so much for a holiday.Really disgusted with the hotel NEVER GOING TO ANY PROTEA HOTELS AGAIN IF THIS IS THE SERVICE
