Worst hotel is Protea Midrand

I am seriously not happy with protea hotel Midrand I booked 3 nights with breakfast and paid in full , it took the admin clerk 1 hour to find the booking and worked extremely slow , no compensation or complementary for my pain Secondly I paid for a queen bed with breakfast but upon recieving my room I was given a single bed in a tiny room when I enquired about this I was told that this is all they had
