WORST HOTEL EVER REPULSIVE!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! we booked a weekend at the Protea in Rooderpoort via bookings.com a decision we lived to regret. We booked knowing that we had breakfast included in the rate only to get there and be informed that Booking.com is falsely advertising this by that staff. We had to pay R760 for us to have breakfast at hotel for two days,which we opted not too. The mere fact that they know this is going on but have not rectified it is disgusting, yet they still accept bookings knowingly. This behavior speaks of character of this establishment and its quite repulsive to say the least. I would not stay there again. We were put on the ground floor and the noise levels were insane, people shouting at odd hours of the morning.
