Worst experience ever!!

My husband booked the room for our wedding night. He asked for the best room and they charged us R1700 promising an amazing room. When we got there we didn't get the room promised over the phone and it wasn't so amazing. We got there and the bathroom really wasn't that of a luxury room standard. To top it all off when we wanted to shower the whole shower head broke off and when we wanted to phone reception the phone didn't work. We contacted reception using our mobile, they then moved us to a \\"better room\"\" which turned out to be a very standard room. Turned on the aircon and it wasn't working! Tried to phone reception again and the phone also wasn't working there. It wasn't even plugged in cause there was no plug for it. We phoned again and reception just apologised. That's it. We slept really bad cause it was so hot. Next morning tried to sort out the issues and all we got was a sorry and someone will phone us. They still charged us R1700!!!! Geoffrey (on duty manager) heard us out and agreed that things weren't handle right and we were over charged And Didn't Get What We Paid For at all. It was such a dissapoinment for our wedding night! We want our money back. Don't stay here!"
