Worst company

The house keeper at the beach hotel (protea hotel PE) threw away my facial shake in the been which was worth R875 then. I when approached the hotel, they've been giving me a run around it's been two weeks now. The shake treats my acne and the hotel does not want to refund my shake. They admit to the housekeeper throwing away my shake but they want me to produce a receipt for my own shake? How ?
