Worst booking experience ever!
<p>Good day,</p> <p>I so happed to call the Protea Hotel by Marriott Richards Bay Waterfront. I was looking to make a booking for my partners birthday in August. I got through to someone called Amanda, I was very kind and asked to make a booking. I provided her with the dates, She advised me there is booking available which i was really happy to book then and there. Amanda sounded really Reluctant to do the booking for me and asked me call in at 8am in the morning, i questioned her why and she sounded very not confident and stumbled and said ''OH OUR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN'' I dont understand how she could check avaibility but not do my booking??? </p> <p>Is this the type of serive that protea hotels offer to a paying customer willing to book?</p> <p>I am a very busy Sales manager for a business and i dont have time to call in at certains times,</p> <p>So sad that i heard such good things about this hotel but they wasnt willing to render the service when needed.</p> <p>I could give you guys a few tips if needed.</p> <p> </p>
