WITHHOLDING REPAYMENT

I was booked to stay at the hotel on 27 February 2016 and the room had been paid for by the company. Upon arrival I was told the room had not been paid and that I needed to make payment. I made payment on my credit card under the understanding that it would be reversed if found to be paid. Of course it had already been paid and I wanted my money back the next day. I was told it would be reversed on my credit card. Of course it wasn't so we queried it and was told that 14 business days needed to pass. Of course, 14 days have come and gone and still no repayment. I am demanding my money back, PLUS interest as this is outright theft.
