What a horrible experience

We stayed there on the 18th Of December at the protea hotel mafikeng. The reservation was under Kevin Babupi.

The carpets were extremly smelly from the corridor, The water smelt of paraffin. Reception did not even bother to tell us that there were problems with the hotel, We could have stayed elsewhere. This is unacceptable. I love staying in the protea hotels in Durban and Capetown. But this has put a bad taste in my mouth. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Booking ref; ********** ; **********
