What a gem you have in Dane
<p>I booked 2 rooms on booking.com and received confirmation of my booking. However when I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have a booking for me. Luckily a room was available. Dane went out of his way to accommodate my request and did so with a smile. Well done and thank you Dane. </p>
