We want a refund

We booked a hotel with mthonjeni residence and Cafe in Durban in December. We were supposed to go in January but the president announced level 3 lockdown, so we called wanting to postpone and they agreed that we can come when the lockdown is been lifted. So now that the lockdown is been lifted we call wanting to come but they are telling us the hotel is closed because of covid which is a lie the hotel is operating and taking bookings. All we want is to get a room coz we paid full amount even if they can't do that then give us a refund
