Waste of money

I recently went with my mother and daughter to the Karridene Hotel in Illovo. What was suppose to be a nice break away was everything but. Firstly the noise was ridiculous. I phoned reception 3 times during the night between 12 and 2:30am to ask the people on our floor in the foyer to please keep it down. it was someones birthday and they decided to stay up all night and party with their glasses in the foyer area. It wasn't resolved. I woke up the next morning, thanx to the same ppl at 5:30 am and spent the whole day super tired. Secondly we ordered room service for my daughter, fishfingers and chips, when I phoned an hour and 20min later, the order was never taken and then they said they would make it immediately. all and all my daughter ate 2hours later. Then they charged us for a meal we had a voucher too only for the lady to say sorry, the girl is new. She ran after me to sign which made me feel like a *****. This was the worst weekend away.
