Waiting for Prokard for months despite numerous attempts requesting card
<p> </p> <p>I have been on the prokard loyalty programme for my second year now. Its been several months since i renewed and i still havent been issued my loyalty card. More recently, i have contacted the helpdesk and emailed them several times and still no response. I dont understand why a company would agressively market a product, and once you pay, they do not fufill their obligations. This is terrible service. At least respond to a clients emails and requests. To date, i havent heard a single word from anyone from Protea regarding this issue. </p>
