Very poor hygiene standard.

I'm here at Protea Hotel Fire and ice in Cape Town.it is now late in the afternoon my room was never cleanwd. After a long day all you wanna do is to rest in the room that you paid for but one must first beg for cleaning services while you wait.the service in here is in a very poor standard.
