Very bad customer service

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Protea hotels Wanders Johannesburg from checkin I had to wait for 40 minutes to be allocated a room I was told they do not have bed linen We went to the restaurant the food was so bad and was garnished with dry and dead micro leaves We ordered a cake and they offered to deliver it to our room and they forgot about it until I called 2 times that’s when they delivered it 😡 I can safely say this was the worst stay I have ever had in any Protea hotels in the 17 years of my Prokard membership
