Useless Management!!

Protea Hotel Mafikeng Booking in from 14h30 and we had to stand in a queue to book in. Then they have to get housekeeping to let them know when the room will be ready!!! Absolutely useless! So we have to sit in reception for an hour and still waiting!! Four stars my foot!!!

So now the shower is completely unusable! The shower tap is lying in pieces on the shower floor. Absolutely shocking! And this is a Marriott hotel
