Unprofessional service

A week ago I contacted Proteal Hotel Marriott Hatfield Pretoria to make a booking at their Skyline restaurant. As I proceeded to tell the lady that the booking was for a babyshower after she had already taken all the other details, she told me that they do not host baby showers. Yesterday 02 March 2020, I logged into my Facebook page and saw that a mutual friend I have had her babyshower at the exact same place that turned me down for mine. I feel that this is very unprofessional and that all customers should be treated the same.
