Unacceptable!!!

We booked in. Starving. Tried to order room service from the menu which says between 10pm and 6:30am you can order only burgers and milkshakes. But when I phone to order they say their kitchen is closed. They can't offer any food. Why pay money for a hotel if they can not deliver on service?! I have paid money to book in and am starving!! No food!!! And in lockdown Unacceptable! And am met with indifference and rudeness from junior manager. So angry! Waste of money booking in to the hotel
