Theft from visitors bags
I was at your premises in cape town tyger valley hotel between 20 & 22 Nov. i left my belongings in my room as i went about my business in Cape Town. Not sure who but 1 of your guys opened and stole my new manchester united shirt out of my bag. I asked the hotel staff but no feedback was given.
this was a gift of sentimental value from my wife please rectify.
