Theft, Bad Attitude and Neglegence from Management

This Hotel in Kempton Park is appalling, first in Oct last year i forgot my polo neck and sony headsets in the room when i called the hotel i was transferred to housekeeping who told me nothing has been recorded on the lost and found book, i made efforts to go in 2 weeks later and speak to a manger on duty who took my particulars and confirmed my dates of checking in and out and room number, he promised to investigate further and revert back to me, he has not done so up to this day despite having both my email address and phone number. <br> <br> Recently on the 18th of September i again accidentally forgot a 16GB USB and a mans body lotion and the story transpired exactly as above, the manager promised to investigate and revert up to this day she has not done so..Its horrible how they react even when you tell them you have lost something \Telling you
