Theft at Protea Hotel Fire and I Melrose Arch

My name is Vuyi and I had my birthday celebrations at Protea Hotel Fire and Ice in Melrose Arch, one of their guest stole some of the gift that I received from my guest...they have the culprit on their surveillance camera footage but they refuse to let us see the footage on the night saying it is not in their policy and few days later we were told that they can see the person is not their staff member if I want my staff I must open the case with police and get a court order in order for them to release the footage. This a 5 star establishment, I chose it and footed the high bill because I wanted the comfort and enjoy the day with no worries. I did not know that I needed to look over my shoulder while enjoying my evening, where was the security when 2 big blankets in a gift bag, cup and voucher left our table to the door.... I am disgusted and disappointed about how bad their service....its bad and guest are not safe here.
