Terrible service at Protea Kruger Gate

I reserved three hotel rooms for 18- 22 December 2020 and it seems that everything was done to ensure that we never book there again! From dirty bedding, to having to make the bed myself because the staff member handed me the new linen in my hands, to selling us expired products at the bar and telling us that our pre-booked spa treatment has been cancelled. No sense of customer service or urgency. We waited two hours before receiving our food on the first day. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! Not worth it in any way.
