Terrible service -
Terrible service, on the 2nd of July my family and i were staying at Suite 110 at the Protea Hotel in MIdrand, we called at 6:30 am to arrange breakfast to go as we were travelling early on the day. The breakfast came at 7am and it was the incorrect order and also in plates (not ready to go). We asked the lady to rectify the order and put all the food at reception, at 7:15 we went to reception only to find only 1 meal had been prepared instead of 2, i went to inquire and was told they forgot the other meal, i had to wait for the other meal to be made and put in the take-away box, which took another 15 minutes. at 7:30 the food came but at this point we were at such a rush that we took the parcel. When we were on the road we found that it was the wrong order (from previous - with dairy and i specifically told the lady we do not eat dairy products) this is unacceptable as we pay so much money for poor servce
