Such bad form

Today we had a high tea at the Protea Hotel Melrose Arch - 10 ladies, and when the last two of us left we asked reception to stamp our parking tickets as we didn't have cash on us, and they refused apparently it's company policy that you only have your ticket stamped if it is included in your stay!!! And the two receptionists were both so unfriendly too. Left a bad taste in my mouth after such a wonderful day.
