Stay over from hell

First of all we got to the gate where security refused us entry, as per him we were suppose to go book in pay then come back with proof of payment for him to allows us to pack in the ba*****t. In the early hours of sunday morning the 27 Sep 2015 we were awaken by the announcement to vacate the building as it might be on fire. Which we did and only to find out it was nothing serious. was outraged by the way the whole thing was handled, no second announcement to say we must go back as it was safe to do so and reassuring guests of their safety, it was just a hear say from other guests. what procedure to you have in place for emergency and evacuation? no rescue team on duty no head count. not to mention management not on duty to salvage the situation and to do damage control.How can there be no professionalism and caring when something serious like life threatening is involved not to mention health problem it might cause like heart attacks and night mares, in the morning it was business as usual not even to ask how did you sleep after the incident...management needs to have a look at the footage of the whole debuckle and apologise to each and every person that stayed over on that
