Had a bad experience there firstly the front desk gentleman Njabulo didn’t greet when he looked at me he creased his face told him I am there to check In then after we spoke I told he should have greeted first. I totally shouldn’t have complained except ghat when we where leaving in the morning we exited by the bar around 7am 23.12.2019 passed by the bar next to reception my wife greeted the lady cleaning there she kept quite I greeted as well but only after a few steps I realized that she didn’t respond I then stoped and said Thobela which is Sepedi for greetings the she said I said sawubona but she didn’t say that except for when I stopped looked at her and greeted. So the second incident made me complain. I am not saying do something about or give me free night night none of those but please retrain your staff or do something things like these usually cost the company that someone worked hard to start.
