I stay at Protea Hotels frequently and would like to compliment the Wanderers Protea Hotel General Manager and his staff on taking their guests' needs very seriously. I have had a very pleasant experience on my stay on 29 February 2016. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable. The reception staff was efficient and the check in experience was amazing, despite the fact that it was fairly busy at reception. The room was of the best quality. It was spacious with a comfortable desk and adequate lighting which is so important when travelling for business. There was a detailed note in the room on emergency evacuation activities currently ongoing at the hotel. As a guest I knew exactly what to do. Derik you and your staff have the winning recipe to make your hotel a home away from home and an office away from the office.
