Shocking experience

<p>Protea Hilton ..... Booked in and requested bill to be changed to my company details, book second room for night 2 and requested the same, on check out was told it will be done and emailed to me today, STILL waiting. Service in bar ane restuarant was very bad and waitrees very rude, wrong food and drinks served. Air con units right outside the room window making so much noise that could not sleep. Reception staff did not seem to phased about us.</p> <p>Protea Calrens .... better stay but still. Leaft my phone charges behind in room. Called to report on arrival at home and was promisd feed back first thing this morning but STILL waiting. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. 28 people went and ate and drank in local restuarant instead because of the prices in Hotel, spend about 16k .... just saying.</p>
