SHOCKING!!!

I had the worst experience of my life, I will NEVER stay at the Protea Hotel Willow Lake again.

We stayed in Room 219 right above reception. Drunk people on our floor were up all night, drinking, smoking, knocking on doors walking around naked. Fire alarm went off at 4:00 because of all the smoking. After phoning reception several times they failed to do anytime. It was embarrassing!

Do not waste your time and money, there is a lot better places in Bloemfontein.
