*****ED - HELP HELP HELP !

Good Morning, <br> We made a booking via. famous [URL Removed] via. Discovery Health for accommodation last week Saturday, 21 November 2015. We paid in full for 3 nights accommodation at Protea Hotels in Franschoek. At the same time we booked for flights and car hire with the same service provider. <br> <br> I then received a call from PROTEA Franschoek only to be advised that their block out dates did not activate and that they will have to cancel the accommodation. Someone in the Clerical Department obviously has not done their job and pressed the button. Now the Customer must suffer the consequences, inconvenience!. (*Can you believe this !!). I have since contacted Head Office on *** (Inga) who promised that should would come back to me 8.30 a.m Monday 23 November with feed back with regards to this complaint and that she will discuss with the GM to waiver and honour the booking to us as this is not our fault but Protea's fault. <br> <br> I am still waiting waiting but have since received an official email from kalula to say that Protea franschoek cannot hold my booking and that they have cancelled !! <br> <br> Your response will be much appreciated PROTEA HOTELS Thank You Mrs Elizabeth Nebrigic (
