Samsung Bonus Break/ Via Protea Hotel

<p>So I did my reservation with Protea Hotel Sea Point two weeks ago, after 2 days i found out that those dates i wil be moving houses. I decided to call Protea Sea Point hotel to ask for dates to be changed, is been a mission till today. I have been put through to different people who cant even help me. today Icalled the hotel directly and the lady at reservation tried to help me but she couldnt edit the dates so she advise that i go through REBATES i called the number and this lady told me that the her manager said i cant change dates, only option is to cancel and forfeit my voucher those were the terms and condition. when i had a look at them the is no where were they say you cant change the dates i even call Samsung buy and get and they confirmed that you can change the dates. so honestly i'm not Happy with Protea central reservation and Protea Sea Point.</p>
