Samsung and Protea Hotels - Buy and Get **** - Shocker

I bought a Samsung product and was informed that I qualify for a “buy and get” Protea Hotel stay for 2 days for free, based on my purchase. I used this freebie and booked via Buy and Get with Protea in Knysna. Buy and Get confirmed that my booking information and the process I followed was in order, but unfortunately the Protea in Knysna does not have rooms available on a random weekend in April. Accordingly I re-booked for a different date, again the hotel was fully booked. I then contacted the hotel directly who confirmed that they had rooms available on both dates, they cannot understand why Buy and Get informed me the hotel was fully booked. Now, for the 3rd time I booked with Buy and Get in the Protea Franschoek, again they informed the Hotel is fully booked, again the Hotel informed me they have rooms available. Samsung Buy and Get is clearly a ****, they continue to tell you the Hotel is fully booked, does not matter when you book. This is shocking and pathetic, I also referred the matter to the Consumer Protection Center.
