Room is too small for the price charged
My company is paying the same price for me to stay for a week every month. Today I got a smaller room yet the price remains the same. This is unacceptable. They should decrease the price. My booking was done months ago and I get here and they tell me all the bigger rooms were taken, my booking was done in September.

I refer to your correspondence regarding Protea by Marriott Hotel Hatfield and thank you for taking the time to forward your concerns.
As a Government staff member, the negotiated rate is applicable to standard rooms, however you have been staying in the Deluxe rooms which is at an extra cost of R250.00 per night. The Hotel has been allocating this room type to you as a gesture of good faith at no extra cost, however it was subject to availability.
I am certain that the Hotel would continue the gesture should they have the availability to assist you in this regard.
