Room from Hell!!!

Room 115 at the Protea Hotel Sea Point was a room from Hell!! It is situated right next to the service lift shaft. The fans in the bathroom and toilet was out of order, we had no hairdryer and had to move to another room at 1 in the morning because we could not sleep, the air conditioner on the outside was making one helevah noise. As a Procard member, apparently a special guest I was dumped into a room that should be a storeroom.
