******* PROKARD DISLOYALTY PROGRAM

I have multiple PROKARD vouchers with expiry dates of 31 December 2015 and some in 2016, however I am apparently unable to use them as my PROKARD membership expired in August 2015. What kind of loyalty program makes you pay for benefits which come with their own unique expiry dates, only then to be told you can no longer use them unless you renew your membership and pay again?!?! Absolute rip-off. Disgraceful, ********* behaviour. Avoid PROKARD at all costs. A shining example of how to disenfranchise customers and destroy your brand with a Disloyalty Program.
