Review of Prokard Explorer Membership Experience

I am writing to provide a detailed review of my experience with the Prokard Explorer membership program, with the hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the service and resolving systemic issues.

The primary concern revolves around the inability to redeem vouchers for hotel stays at any of the affiliated properties. Despite numerous attempts spanning different times of the year, I have encountered persistent obstacles that hinder the redemption process. This issue is not isolated to peak seasons; rather, it persists regardless of the timing of my attempts.

These issues renders the membership effectively unusable for its intended purpose.

The dining benefits, once a draw for the program, have become less appealing over time, further diminishing the value proposition of the membership.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of resolution and transparency from Prokard regarding these issues.
