Respect others

Its been more than 48 days waiting for my card they promise to deliver since aftet the day i made a paymend. When i call them they will tell me that Candice is on leave but when i give someone else to ask for her she's available. Last week they told me the card will be delivered and they will send me an email to use as a proof when i make bookings at any protea hotel but till today i haven't got any mail no reply from them. It's been over 48 days now and i paid the R1500 and now i have to suffer like this. Please help me Peter. They will call you 3 to 4 times a day before you make a payment but after that they ignore you and just try to get rid of you. Candice Shazi i don't know what to say anymore.
