Reservation booking

i was looking for a holiday booking at the Blue Marlin Hotel Scottburgh Spoke to Bashir at bookings who was very helpful. The date and unit I wanted had been taken and Bashir did some checking and managed to get another unit on the same dates that suited us. He continued sending e-mails until the booking was done and accepted by us.
