Relax Spa can damage you reputation

70-minute couples pamper package by Relax Spa Marriott hotel. Purchased 20/09/2019 Tried two months to make a booking. After numerous phone calls and cancellations from the Relax Spa Marriott Hotel’s side due to them making a double booking we asked on the day of cancellation to rebook. End of October we were told they haven’t done their shift roster for November so unfortunately they cannot assist us to make or confirm a booking, and were told we must phone again in November. Today 24/11/2019 we had a confirmed booking. Before arrival we phoned to confirm the booking. The staff confirmed our booking but on arrival we were told the wrong branch responded to our booking request email and they will not be able to assist. This after we phones to confirm booking. We were the only 2 guests at the Spa but the the******s refused to assist us. We were told sorry they rep**** to our email incorrectly and the voucher is not valid at the Fire and Ice Marriott Hotel. They received our voucher via email and made the booking on our behalf. Your Spa Services are ruining your reputation.
